About

This site is geared toward design and all things design, but also about anything me and the other contributors want to talk about. The reason for this site is it brings different perspectives about design and it is an outlet to talk about some of these things. So let me introduce my self…

David Zobel

My name is David Zobel and I am a graphic designer of 10 years and currently teach graphic design at CCBC in Maryland. I have been a graphic designer for a while and decided that it was time to move on with my life, so I became a teacher at a local community college here in Maryland. Some people really have a bad view of community colleges, but look at my students work and you make the decision for yourself. I love teaching there and never thought I would be a teacher, but it really suites me.

I have had a lot of experience with all sorts of clients and now I have my own company and love the balance between school and freelance. I can get the kind of clients that share the same thoughts and goals about design. See my portfolio ~dzobel

Roni (Veronica Noone)

I’m an ex-CCBC faculty member and spent the last 6 years teaching courses on everything from Introduction to Programming to Interactive Design. Before my life at CCBC I worked as a Multimedia Developer at a small company called LearnWare. Having degrees is Management Information Systems and Instructional Technology has really made me a jack of all trades. I pride myself on being a troubleshooter and I love all things web related. I have dabbled in oil, pencil, photography and design. but would never consider myself a "designer" or an "artist". To me, everything is a means to an end, if I want to create something I’ll wear any hat I need to and get it done. Right now I’m obsessed with blogging. It truly is a complete creative outlet for me. To learn more about me check out my resume site, my company site, my food blog, and my weight loss blog. I told you, obsessed.
