I have not decided if this is for digital imaging 1 or 2. I took a road see below and destroyed it. I did two version; 1 with some pot holes and other destroyed roads, the other was war destroyed as you will see. Comments. Still kind of working.

I don’t know how convinced I am about the walk sign. Still maybe looking

Below is the war destroyed image:) I think the walk sign looks better in this one.

Here is something that I am working on.

Here is a new design. It started from a gift that I gave a friend recently. I changed it to say typography. I am goign to try to do more because i really like what is going on with it and everything that went into it. Later i will post the individual layers and how it was created. Let me know what you think

These next examples are from and for L7 Magazine: I art directed as well as designed some spreads and collateral. I had four students help me with this project: Lee Morton, Ruth Grant, Min Na, and Brendan Der.

MISC

These are designs that I use in class or have come up with just for the “fun” of design.

This is a poster designed for a competition in which we had to use given photos. The backing picture is mine and all the other images used in the shot are theres. The ideas was to have a digital recipe! I have a bigger version, so we can see the details. Please click me!

This design come to me while I was sitting on the couch and it turned into this piece, which is one of my favorites because of the texture and use of type.

This was designed for my Designing with type class, but loved it some much that I developed it more and here is the more finished design.

This came from the previous design, but is more crazy. I don’t know which I like better.
