So last week i was running in the woods and it was raining and the trail i was running in was muddy and I slipped in the water 4 times and I loved every minute of it! That is the best running. My shoes where wet, my shoes where muddy, my hair was socked, and my legs where covered in mud, and I loved it!

But that is not the point of the story, I am just setting the scene.

So I was running and I was tired and I was wet and I look up and see there is someone else in the woods (which makes me nervous….because why are they there. I know why I am here, but they were not running) and i see more that it is a couple and they are walking there 1, 2, 3, 4…..5 DOGS!!!!! i run by them and the dogs bark, but they did do mutch after that. SO i run up this huge hill and turn around to come back on the same trail and i see two of the dogs running up after me!!!! Where are the owners?

the dogs run away, so i thought, ffffeeewwww. and as i am running past the couple and the insane amount of dogs and then……..i see one is braking away from the pack and chasing me….so i have to cross a little stream on this trail and my thought is that there is no way the dog will follow…………..I was wrong. I t came with me barking and basically at my heels….so i stop…look at the dog……..and i hear the owners say “come back here” “Come BACK here” “COME BACK HERE” and it did not do anything. It just looked at me and I was looking at him. For what seemed like 5 min. Eventually i started to run and the dog ran back to its owners…WTF Dog owners. Leash your dog or at least control your dogs. This comes form every scared runner, walker, and passer by. “I DON”T KNOW YOUR DOG IS FRIENDLY” So stop telling me that after it has already scared me and is 2 inches in front of me.

I went to the Raven’s game last night and I have a few observations. A friend asked me to go tailgating with him and I told him, he was going to early, it was to cold, and I am not a big enough sports fan. You have to be really dedicated to tailgate when it is 22 degrees. Anyway back to my observations:

  1. I realize that you can say anything at a footbal game, as long as it is in favor of the home team
  2. Not a good place for someone who does not like the high five. Some of you have told me that you have not seen the high five used, well just look around at a sporting game. It is really not a good place to be if you don’t like strangers high five and multiple high fives.
  3. Great place to watch how people interact
  4. Why do people stand in the middle of a crowded areas not knowing that they are in the way.

Anyway it was a great time, cold, but great. And will have more later about the people and the game. A little teaser…….it has to do with me being forced to high five:(
